avocados unaware of their future fate
4 avocados
1 lages handful of corriander picked fresh from my garden
3 cloves garlic (cook 20 seconds in microwave before peeling)
1 scant teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
juice of 2 limes
simply place ingredients into a large plastic jug and blend togeather with a stick blender.
this is great for Taco's, nachos, as a dip with seaweed crackers or spread on toast with some lemon infused tinned tuna, enjoy, from David
